In general, the top and size margins might be restricted to.11 inch, while (for some printers paper) the bottom might be.5 inches. IF the printer likes restricts the top bottom margin to.5 inches, then the Word Narrow margin setting might be in conflict with the printers ability to print the document. You could perhaps change the documents margins to Normal or something similar. Word document File Print Click Page Setup tab Layout Check to see where your Headers and footers are set as compared to the overall Narrow margins setting. You can adjust the Header and Footers down up away from the documents papers edge.
